Serving Clatsop County

Integration & Coordination

Integration and Coordination means that we work collaboratively to build resilience together. We’ve created a collective impact framework, which means that across our various sectors (Education, Healthcare, Child Welfare, and Community) we have a shared vision, shared data, coordinated activities, continuous communication, and operational support.

Integration and Coordination is important in addressing childhood trauma and building resilient communities because no one individual or organization can do this work alone. Working collaboratively toward shared goals is essential, as children and families interact with many systems, from education to healthcare. Integration and Coordination allows us to better support children in our community, ensuring all sectors are actively involved.
